Does this work with Tesla models?
Our product is compatible and works with all Tesla model vehicles, but you need to have the J1772 to Tesla plug adapter. This adapter is sold separetly and is not included with your purchase. However this plug adapter should have been included with your Tesla when your purchased the vehicle.
Does this work on 2020 kia niro plug in?
There are only three types of plugs. One being the Proprietary one that Tesla uses. Then you have the J-1772 for level 1/2 charging. Then the DC fast charging that uses j1772 plus an additional port below it. Yes this works on your car as a level two charger on the J1772 style plug.
Will this charger allow different charge speeds/power levels?
Yes, this model allows you to lower the Amps. I am not aware of any reason to do it, though. The charge controller in the vehicle adjusts charging (faster when battery is low, and slows down as the charge level gets higher).
Will the charger work in domestic 110V or 220V outlets?
Yes, our charger works with both 110V and 220V AC outlets. BUT you need to have a 110V plug adapter (that would require a 14-50 to 5-15R plug adapter that is sold separately and not included in this kit).
The Charger itself supports Level 1 (110V- NEMA 5-15/125V- NEMA 5-20) and Level 2 (240V, NEMA 14-50) and comes with a default 220/240V 14-50 plug. Compatible with 14-50/5-20/5-15 outlet.
Is this UL certified?

Will this work on a 125v 50amp service and at most campgrounds?
The 110V circuit for RV is 30A, and the NEMA 14-50 is a 220V and yes, I have my unit on a 50A circuit, but it only pulls at 32A max
How long is the cord?
The cord is 25 ft long.
